Katie and Sam graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry on Saturday - er, Sunday - May 23rd, 2004. Ah, the good old days of last weekend - when our cars were undented and our stomachs were still marginally empty. Anyway, here are some photos of architecture and the graduation.

Mom and Dad observe the ceremony with great interest as Katie, the calling of her name imminent,
approaches the table where she will receive her hood. This is a great event for all the Holdens
as Katie, soon to be Dr. Katie nears the moment of receipt for both hood and diploma.
As if sensing the importance of the moment, the audience watches in stunned silence, except for
the guy with the mini-bullhorn who doesn't count anyway, and Katie comes out of the line of students
and prepares to recieve her hood. There is a gasp from the audience and Emily faints.
Katie receives her hood, but runs across the stage too rapidly for me to capture a diploma shot.
As the other million names are slowly called, I snap a photo of the program. Can you spot Katie's and Sam's names?
